There are patio doors that open to take you onto the deck for a beautiful view of Osoyoos Lake. The deck has a small patio set for two.

2nd Studio - Room 335 is located second floor, featuring a king sized bed, cable TV, Wi-Fi, kitchenette with mini-fridge, hot plate, microwave, kitchen table with chairs, coffee pot, air conditioning and bathroom. There are patio doors that open and take you onto the deck for a beautiful view of Osoyoos Lake. The deck has a small patio set for two.

This Standard Triple Room has one queen bed, one twin bed, cable TV, Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, coffee pot, air conditioning and bathroom. Barbecue's are available in the common area located by the office. This room sleeps 3 maximum.

This One - Bedroom Queen Studio has one queen bed, a pull-out sofa, cable TV, Wi-Fi, kitchenette with apartment sized fridge and stove, kitchen table with chairs, coffee pot, air conditioning and bathroom. Barbecue's are available in the common area located by the office. This suite sleeps 4 maximum.

This Two Bedroom Condo has a queen bed in the master, two twin beds in the second bedroom and a pull out couch in the living room, there is cable TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. This suite has a 1/2 bathroom off the master suite and a full bathroom in the main living space. The kitchen has an apartment sized fridge, stove, microwave, kitchen table and chairs. There are patio doors that open from both the living room and the master bedroom to a beautiful view of Osoyoos Lake. There is a patio set on the deck and a barbecue located on the lawn area by the picnic tables. This condo can sleep 6 people maximum.
